Unpacking Video: Record a clear, uncut video while unpacking the product, showing the damaged or spoiled condition of the item.

Evaluation: Once we receive your video and details, our team will review the case and determine if the product qualifies for a return or replacement.
Return Approval: If approved, we will arrange for a return or provide you with a replacement.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and in the original packaging (except for the case of leakage or spoilage).
- The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The unpacking video must clearly show the condition of the product at the time of unboxing.
Non-Returnable Situations
